Wedding Package £500
(Valid on bookings made before 31st Jan 2025 only)
Includes:
1 x bridal bouquet
3 x bridesmaids bouquets
4 x buttonholes
2 x pedestal aisle arrangements (can be moved to the reception after the ceremony)
Quantities can be increased and additional items can be added on for an extra charge.
*Please note: West Wales only, travel costs will be added for more than 10 mile radius from the studio. Pedestals are on a rental basis and will therefore be collected the following day.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Quote will be valid for 14 days and a non-refundable 50% payment is required at time of booking to secure the date.
Any amendments must be made and agreed at least 8 weeks prior to the wedding, but must not total less than the original agreed quote price.
Final payment will be payable 30 days prior to the wedding. No amendments are accepted after this date and cancellations after this date will be non-refundable but alternative dates may be negotiable.
Items such as vases etc will be included in your package, and are therefore yours to keep after the event. Items such as pedestals and arches are on a rental basis and therefore will be collected by Blooms by Bex the day after the event. Damage or loss of such items will incur a charge.
If Blooms by Bex is required to return to the venue following the wedding, to dismantle any installations and distribute flowers, this must be arranged with Bex before the final payment is due. This will incur additional travelling and labour costs.
Delivery of flowers on the day of the wedding will be subject to a minimum order value of £300 if the venue is more than 10 miles from the studio in Sardis. Set up charges for installations/displays at the venue will apply where appropriate and details of this will be specified in your quote. Collection from Blooms by Bex studio is available as an alternative option. Delivery of flowers to a venue within 10 miles will be free of charge.
Whilst Blooms by Bex aims to ensure all deliveries are made within sufficient time before the event, Blooms by Bex cannot be held responsible for any unexpected events that may occur which are beyond control. Blooms by Bex will endeavour to make alternative arrangements should this happen and therefore refunds will not be available.
Whilst Blooms by Bex can not guarantee specific stem choices, suitable alternatives will be suggested and provided where necessary and any amendments will be discussed and agreed with you beforehand.
Blooms by Bex reserves the right, without penalty or cancellation by the client, to alter the style and shape of vases, pots, sundry items and display articles should any required items become unavailable prior to the wedding date.
Should you have any issues with the quality or standard of the flowers/displays, you must notify Blooms by Bex on the day of receipt. Blooms by Bex reserves the right to rectify any errors on the day without prejudice and where appropriate will provide a suitable alternative. Any complaints regarding the quality, shape, size, quantity etc cannot be accepted after the day of the event
Health & safety takes priority at all times, and therefore Blooms by Bex reserves the right to refuse a previously agreed installation or display if deemed unsafe to do so.
Blooms by Bex reserves the right to terminate the contract if deemed necessary.
