Workshops

1) A *non-refundable booking fee of £10 per person is required at time of booking to secure a space.

2) Remaining payment is due 14 days prior to the workshop (a reminder and payment link will be provided in advance of this).

3) If booking less than 14 days before the workshop, payment will be required in full at time of booking.

4) If you cancel your booking more than 7 days prior to the workshop; you will be offered a refund, minus the booking fee; or a transfer to an alternative workshop date where possible.

5) For cancellations less than 7 days before the workshop, no refund will be applicable; however, you may be offered an alternative workshop date where possible.

6) If Blooms by Bex cancels the workshop, due to unforeseen circumstances; then a choice of full refund (inc booking fee) or an alternative workshop date where possible will apply. *the booking fee will only be refundable in the event of Blooms by Bex cancelling the workshop.

7) Health & Safety measures must be adhered to at all times. Attendees must follow and respect any safety instructions provided by Blooms by Bex during the workshop.

8) Blooms by Bex is not responsible for any personal accidents, injury, or loss of belongings during the workshop.

9) Any floral arrangements created during the workshop are for personal use only, and not for resale.

10) Blooms by Bex may use photography/videography of the workshop for advertising purposes. Please let it be known to Blooms by Bex before the session, if you do not wish to be included.

11) For private workshops; the venue must be arranged and agreed with Blooms by Bex at the time of booking. Parking at the venue must be available for Blooms by Bex.

12) Private workshops will run for 2 hours, with an additional 30 minutes either side of the session for setting up and clearing away.

13) The cost of private workshops will incur travelling costs where applicable. This will be outlined in your booking agreement.
